DAILY CHECK
# Check Fuel Level
# Check Lube Oil Level and quality, lube oil should not be very thick with visible carbon and metal particles
# Check coolant Level.
# Check for any leakage.
# Check for any loose connections
WEEKLY CHECK
# Check Electrolyte Level in Battery.
# Check the Battery terminals.
# Check Fan BeltTension.
# Check Battery Charger working.
# Drain the Diesel from fuel tank weekly in winter season
# Please check all the Nut, Bolts, Engine/alternator foundation bolts and loose cable connections tightening at the time of commissioning and then monthly.
# Always use Genuine Lubricating OIL to avail two year warranty.
# Purchase all spare parts from authorized Service Center.
# Refer Engine Maintenance Manual for routine and daily maintenance check.
DON’TS:
# If the DG setis with AMF panel please do not touch live wire as mains also flow from AMF panel even if DG SET IS OFF.
# Don’ts check coolant level, while DG is in running.
# Don’ts change any wiring or modify any wiring it may attract void of warranty.
# Please do not get repaired and serviced the DG set by unauthorized person. It may attract void of warranty. It should be done by the manufacturer or authorized Service Dealer

# Load Capacity: Do not overload the capacity and keep a safety margin of 25%.
# Input Voltage: Do not apply voltage that is too low or too high than the specified range of the controller.
# Earthing and Safety: Properly and properly earth the controller. Airflow: Keep it in a well-ventilated place to prevent overheating.
# Water and Cold: Keep the machine away from water, moisture, cold and chemicals.
# Regular Maintenance: Check its internal carbon brushes and moving parts regularly.Connection Safety: Ensure that all wires and terminals of the machine are tightened tightly.
# Expert Advice: If there is any internal fault or malfunction, only show it to a technician.
Don’ts
# Do not overload: Never run more than the controller’s rated capacity at the same time.
# Do not expose to cold: Do not leave the machine in a place where it will get wet, in a damp room, or near chemicals, even if you forget to do so.
# Do not operate the machine out of range: Do not turn on the machine if the mains voltage is much lower or higher than the controller’s input range.
# Do not repair yourself: Do not open the inside of the machine or adjust the settings without technical knowledge.
# Do not block ventilation: Never cover the controller’s air vents or holes with clothes or other items.
# Do not bypass short circuits: If the fuse or MCB provided for safety is damaged, do not operate it by connecting it directly to the circuit breaker.

# Check Battery Health When It is Fully Charged.
# Clean The Battery Terminals Regularly.
# Check The Acid Level Regularly.
# Store The Inverter in an Airy Space.
# Keep The Battery Surface Clean.
# Use The Inverter Regularly.
# Maintain Wire Health.
